I’m having trouble with my car where these dashboard warning lights have come on. This is the second time they do so and the first time they went away. I’ve noticed that while the brakes do work they feel a little stiff and while the don’t bottom out when braking while driving they do when at a stop and with enough force applied. Additionally it appears that the recharge of the hybrid battery is limited. I’ve checked the brake fluid and it is full.
any ideas? Can you point me in the right direction?
I see you have over 200,000 miles. Wow! What year is it?
You should probably get it checked out by an independent hybrid specialist shop. Just Google it, there are quite a few around the country, especially in CA. They will be a better option than a dealer as they can replace a few bad battery cells or install a refurbished battery for a lot less money if that is what you need. It mostly depends on what is needed, how much the repair costs and whether you want to spend that much money on this vehicle.
It could be any number of things on an aging high mileage vehicle. Some battery cells failing (likely), the brake actuator or force distribution thing failing (very expensive), the ABS module, the regenerative brakes, or even as simple as a frozen brake caliper because nobody ever services the slide pins on the calipers as the brake pads last forever and the lube in them does dry up and they freeze causing brake issues. It happened to me.
FYI the brake fluid should be changed every 3 years as it absorbs water which leads to corrosion of expensive brake components.
It is hard to diagnose this stuff online. but you don't want to get stranded somewhere or have an accident because it is your brakes, So take care of it ASAP!
Finally, the HS250h has the Camry hybrid drivetrain. The Toyota Nation Camry Hybrid forum may have more information if you do some searching and scrolling

Yeah she’s up there but she’s still going strong minus this last issue. It’s a 2010. The issue went away and only recently came back again. I’m taking it in to a shop to get looked at.
Replacement of the brake actuator is expensive but not unexpected at this mileage. It is probably the same as the Camry Hybrid brake actuator. Maybe you could find a used one.
Was that what was recommended?

I just got this light too....
I am taking to lexus tomorrow, looks like my radio is the least of my worries
There is a new Lexus Customer Support Program - 23LE04 for the brake booster and brake booster pump assemblies. It covers all 2010-2012 HS250h vehicles. They just sent me the notice.
It is related to codes C1391, C1252, C1256, or C1253 and they may be stored.
The primary coverage is until Marcch 31, 2024 and secondary coverage after that date is applicable for 10 years after the vehicle's date of first use (which will exclude almost everyone with an HS250h, but there are other newer Lexus models included in this program).
I actually think I need this as I get a strange noise from the front sometimes when braking. I checked and lubed the brakes and cleaned the ABS sensors, but that made no difference.
