Issues at low mileage
So from the Lexus Owner site, I found that I had a few items replaced at very low mileage by the dealer by the previous owner
At 283 miles - Loose navigation antenna. Tech replaced new shark fin Antenna.
At 5755 miles - NAV intermittently froze and buttons didn't work. New Nav unit ordered and replaced.
At 21700 miles - KDSS Warning light on. Tech found rear stabilizer shock leaking. KDSS light intermittently on, DTC C1851. Rear stabilizer shock replaced.
At 30000 miles - USB not working. Tech found USB wasn't connected.
So basically I had a new antenna, a new NAV unit and new rear shocks within the first 20k miles. Truck is at 41500 miles now.
Anyone else had these issues with their GX and fixed by the dealer at such low mileage?

Mine doesn't have any aswell just scheduled maintenance and a windshield replacement.
Your items reminds me of my bmw 535 had bunch of work done under 20k including the head unit. Before I sold it at 45k due to leaking fuel injectors.

Nearly same experiences here with my previous BMW X5 4.4i, with just about all the issues that you could imagine, until cylinder miss firing at about 40K. At the time, BMW offered buying back program if I was going to pick another BMW.... My 2014 GX has trouble free since day one. It's at 20K now.
I've been looking around to see if there are any KDSS delete kits as a future migration path if system goes catastrophic in years ahead.
It doesn't seem to be one of those things easily removed. There are some stories of leaks but overall seems fairly reliable on the 4Runner Trail models and the FJ.

Well at least I know I had a new NAV and rear shocks with only 20k miles haha.

Things will most likely be fine. Was your GX an earlier '10 build? The nav replacement might have been just out of caution if a firmware update hadn't been released yet. Many of the nav updates over years talk about addressing freeze issues.
As long as the transmission holds up in this vehicle over the long term I will be happy. It seems most other things can either be fixed for a nominal cost, deleted or many can simply live without if need be. Other than some possible oil leak areas than can manifest it seems engine is fairly bulletproof. You can run an engine a "long" time if you ensure the oil level is up their...even if it is ferociously consuming it.
EDIT: I have no reason to believe this engine is going to be one of those consumers. In fact about 5K miles since I bought rig in late March and solidly on full mark as I would expect a good engine to be.

Kitana had a bad compressor at 17,500 miles on her 2014. Seems unusual though.

Always the AC compressor failure possibility.... that seems to be one that can be low to high mileage.
I lost the AC compressor on my G35x at around 60k mile. Clutch on front of compressor literally broke off while accelerating rapidly on an on-ramp and fell onto the underbody splash shield. System then vented itself into the atmosphere. It sounded like a turbo blow off valve when she blew. Serpentine belt stayed put though even absent the front ridge (not sure if this is called something specific).
