Rear door lock/unlock buttons is not working

My vehicle rear door lock/unlock buttons is not working. The button to unlock the window works. Also my license plate lights is not working also. I’ve check and changed the fuse. But still the same problem. Is this an DIY problems

The rear door lock actuator is a pretty easy job.
You can check your license plate light wiring/connector while you're there.
