#Vibration through steering wheel when under load?
Just did my break-in oil change at ~750 miles.
Also, because I’m an idiot Jeep guy, it was 6 quarts of full synthetic, 2 quarts of full synthetic Lucas Oil. Regardless, an oil change and more miles did seem to smooth out the vibrations a bit.
Still notice some odd wavy vibrations 40-60, but 60+ isn’t as much of an issue.
Will ask for a wheel and tire inspection, balance at the 5k service per discussion with service advisor. Still a little annoyed they blew me off, but what can you do?

There’s multiple at the dealer. Ones also brand new not sold yet. I was told by the shop foreman it was worse than ours. He’s a nice guy, but between what the Lexus field tech had him do still has found the issue. I unfortunately had to get an attorney involved. Bought a vehicle that at this point is not safe potentially, not a new vehicle anymore. Who says it’s not safe? Vibrations don’t get better over time. With children is this I do not feel comfortable with them being in it.
I put on new wheels and tires - went from the 18" Blackline wheels and factory tires, to a set of Method wheels with KO2's in the 17" variety, and the issue was exactly the same - the factory set only had ~550 miles on it when I swapped over, so I do not believe it has anything to do with the wheels not being balanced.. maybe I got the exact same out of sync balance, but I think that is far fetched, as I didn't have Lexus do the swap.
1. It's probably a Drive axle or CV joint?
2. Or, It's something in the Drive Train?
3. It's coming from the Engine, like Engine Mounts?
4. If the Vibration is at a certain MPH, then it's likely a Wheel/Tire/Balance problem?
This has been my Experience as an Auto Tech, Hope this Helps!

I promise its not the tires or balancing issue. Its a driveline vibration at 1900 rpms no matter the speed. you feel it in the passenger seat even as well as the steering wheel.
Hi...Generally speaking if it's a Vibration Under Load-

There's a problem with the 22 & 23 GX460 way too many complaints about the vibration. Dealers blame tires, Lexus field tech came out. Made the dealer after tires and road force bslsnce for the 2nd time on a GX460 with 251 Miles on it, did not solve the problem. Field tech had them replace both CV axels. Still did not fix the problem. they have had the GX for a monthand put over 100 miles on it. Then continue to say i" it drives to Toyota standards" If i recall I bought a Lexus ( their premium luxury brand) I'm in arbitration with Lexus and now have an attorney involved.
******************Lexus is buying the 23 GX460 back with 351 miles on it under the Lemon Law in Massachusetts. Case closed. They know they have a problem that is not the tires or cv axels. **********************

I'm hoping that folks will continue to chime in here, as I'd still like to find a solution to this, as I really don't know of a different truck I'd want.
