Have been experiencing the same thing as many gx owners, wandering at highway speeds, steering wheel slightly off center, weird vibration/shake 55-65ish. Had tires balanced twice at discount tire (not sure if it was road force balance) and got alignment at dealer didn’t fix anything. After dealer did it I took it to an independent shop where the guy does it by hand no machine, car drives 80 percent better, unfortunately no print out of numbers to compare it to the dealer numbers as he does it by hand. Still have the same issues just less severe. I’ve searched the forums for days doesn’t seem like there’s a real fix for the issue. My question is can anyone look at the dealer alignment sheet I’ve attached and tell me if there’s anything wrong in there that could cause the issues? Also just by looking at those numbers can anyone tell me what the independent shop guy could’ve done that made the car drive a lot better?
Vibration has nothing to do with alignment. What tires do you have and how many miles on them? Are they wearing evenly and no issues.
Road force balance using finger plates.
Hey, thanks for the reply. So I’ve only put about 6k miles on the car since I bought it and the tires were new so no wear yet. The tires are master craft stratus ht. I will take it for another balance see what the can do. So I have multiple issues?
Got ya, thanks for the reply. Seems like my caster needs a bit more adjusting because our other numbers are pretty similar. I’ve noticed that on other people’s posts also there’s are in the 3-3.5 and mine is 2.6 I’m not sure why the dealer didn’t adjust it because the specs says should be between 3-4. Have an appt in 2 days at a local shop for alignment and balance so we’ll see if they fix it. For the vibration is yours between 55-70 somewhere? There’s a Lexus service bulleting in that what it basically says is radial pull of the tire if everything else is good and to try cross swapping tires see if that fixes it. You also have low profile tires, I know when I had mine on my other car I could feel everything on the road as the tire doesn’t absorb anything but again idk, maybe someone smarter then me will chime in with more info

Based on the alignment numbers posted from the dealer, the vehicle should have a slight pull the the right which will make the steering wheel appear crooked to the left,
did you get the tires road force balanced? without that you can balance a square tire on the machine. wont ride that nice though. also can check for high spot on rim to be matched with low spot on tire.
OEMs we have the suppliers mark the tire and the wheel, and when arriving at the factory we can see the dots are aligned.
Having dealt with this since ( steering vibration between 55-70 and none after 70+ ) I bought the vehicle, albeit used, in 2020.. Here are my observations
1. Don't get it aligned or balanced (including road force) at the dealer. In my experience, the dealership doesn't know how to align/balance the GX 460.
2. Having owned many vehicles throughout the years, the GX 460 is extremely picky about tires! The ONLY ones that have thus far ( about 4K on these ) worked for me are the Michelin Defender LTX.
3. Have Discount Tire road force balance them.
4. I still get some vibration, especially when the tires are cold.
Goodluck! The vibration, and steering off center issue has been perhaps the most annoying issue for me with the GX!
I had put down a deposit towards a 2023 Nori green that I retracted from, because of this aggravating experience.
