Im not good when it comes to buying or selling and was hoping I could get some input. I am the original owner of a 2005 GX470 that has 67,000 miles on it. It has been very well taken care of but its time to get something newer. Can anyone tell me what a fair price asking price would be? It does need new tires and brakes soon. Im not trying to get rich on the deal, I just want a fair starting point. Thank you.
i dont know about miami, but kbb priced it at close to 11k in my area
oh your right. I was looking on edmunds. I just booked it on kbb and it is $11,500. It is a base model. It does have a tow package. No navigation or mark lev sound though. No KDSS either. It actually has 62,000 miles, not 67,000. Is $11,000 what I should ask?

I am actually looking for an gx470 right now, I am ready to pull the trigger on one within next couple of weeks. if you interested in selling it, shoot me a pm, we can work something out for sure.
Im not sure if my rear air bags are working. It doesnt switch from hi to lo, it just stays in N mode. Does this mean my air bags are shot? Or could it be something simple?

could mean a wide range of things, could be simple as the switch

it seems stiff when I go over a speed bump. The up and down toggle switch does not operate up or down, just stays in neutral on the dash. I noticed the shifter lever last night was not illuninating either. Could it be a fuse issue?
I think at least $16K would be fair. In my opinion, the Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds don't adequately compensate price for super low mileage. I would look at comparable GX470s on Autotrader.com to get a better fair market price. You are basically giving the truck away for $11K.

More! KBB or Edmunds does not adjust for low mileage. $14,000 to $15,000 is more like it.
Dont look at KBB only. You need to go on Craigslist and look at what others are selling theirs for and compare yours to theirs. If yours has 100k fewer miles and they are asking for $10k, I would at LEAST ask for $13-14k.
