Question RSCA OFF button not working

When I push the RSCA OFF button nothing happens, I know the bulb is good because it lights every time I turn on the vehicle, just wondering if there is some kind of sequence I must go through to disable the RSCA, something like the DAC, but I have even tried with the transfer case in low range with no results, something I am missing before I take it to the dealer?

Thanks, I read that in the owners brick right before I saw your post. I guess it is good, wouldn't want to accidentally disable RSCA. It seems that type of "hold down to activate" switch would be better to use on the center diff lock as well, wouldn't want that on accidentally either.
