2007 GX Tow Prep Package
The car has the tow prep package, and indicates it includes: Wiring Harness, Converter, Sub-bracket, Rear Bumper Hitch Cover with cutout,(does not include ball mount) What else do I need?

I have an 07 GX that came with the tow prep. I bought a Lexus hitch and suggest you do the same. Aside from having to get a longer breaker bar to loosen some of the bolts, it was an EASY install. Less than 1 hour. The 2007 with the tow package and lexus hitch is a class IV rating.

class iv hitch
I just got a 2007 GX470 and purchased the class iv hitch. I do not know if I have the tow prep package, how do I tell? the rear bumper cover does not have a notch in it, would that indicate I do not have the prep package? can anyone post a picture of the hitch mounted on their vehicle?
