Default Blue Tooth quit working!

My Blue Tooth on my motorola is no longer detected by my GX. Has this happened to any of you?

Well, with the lack of ideas, I have come to two conclusions:

1...none of you know what the heck is going on or will even fathom a guess.

2...you don't like me!

But seriously...

I have no idea. I regularly use my RAZR with the BT, and every so often use the "drop" feature to drop the headset. When I restart the vehicle, it picks it right back up. I have had NO issues, and I use it every time I get in the car.

What kind of phone?

CVsGX470, we luv you, we luv you, we are so sorry, can you ever forgive us...

Occasionally my BT devices get screwed up too (not necessarily specific to the GX). If a power on and off cycle doesn't do it. Then my second step is actually pulling the power, if you can (like taking the battery out of the phone). Final step is to delete the device and pairing. Power cycle. Then redo add device/pairing, as if it was the first time.

Thanks for the help guys...yes, did all the phone stuff i could do. BT on check, power on and off check, battery out check...prob will delete and add as you suggested. Almost time for a new phone anyway.

Make sure you delete both the car from the phone AND the phone from the car.

Bought a new Blackberry yesterday (their newest model with bluetooth). It has an option of sending the phone book to the GX. It will be nice to be able to do that with my first non-motorola phone.

See it was the phone that didn't like you, not us
Glad you figured it out

I guess I got here a little late, but sometimes when you start up the car and don't have the phone with you but run back in the house to get it, it might not pick up also
