when you put the truck in reverse the mirrors tilt down.. thats all gravy if u have it selected to the right...
but my left mirror doesnt go all the way down.. do yall have that same problem or is it just me.. IRC my old ones both went down all the way

I switch to the Left side, and it still tilts down like the Right side.

what about the center

 

No change!! Stay where the mirrors are.

 

not to state the obvious (it took me a little while to figure this out) but you do know that depending on where your adjuster switch is, they mirrors either both tilt, driver side only tilts, or neither do. depending on where you have them set, they may not both move the same amount (ie - my passenger side goes down more than the drivers side, but it's "normal" position is higher). outside of that, i say bring it to get checked out. worst thing they can do is say you're crazy .

 

The center switch position shuts the reverse tilt feature OFF.
