Default GSF Wing

I'm looking to purchase a GSF and I'm in love. Taken 3 out for test drives, White with Red, Blue with Cream and Red with Black. Easily preferred the White with red but then yesterday, the blue with cream was fantastic.

The only thing that I'm not enthusiastic about is the spoiler. Just feel like if I'm going to own the best 5 seater that Lexus offers, I want something better that suits the performance of the GSF.

Is the current one easily removable?

Something like this

https://www.alibaba.com/product-deta...14882985M7ZwnF

Thanks

gsf is a awesome car, the spoiler that comes with the car looks very classy. Much better than what you have shared but end of the day it will be your car.

There are screws you can access behind trunk and remove it.

Call me a man child but I like a more beefy wing.

Last three cars I've owned are.

BF GTP Falcon

WRX STI Version 6

EL GT Falcon

Although it may not look like it, Lexus spent a lot of time designing the aero of the rear deck spoiler. I am not sure that the one you posted will increase performance. In fact it may decrease it and instead of providing downforce, you may end up increasing drag and lift, which is the opposite of what you want.

Being realistic, it's not about performance but just looks. Unless you are doing 160kmph, those wings I posted aren't going to do anything. Just want something more akin to the RCF Track Edition spoiler.

Looks like you've been doing your homework. The internet is your world.
Hopefully, someone in this forum will offer you what you want for your trunk.

Have you even bought the car yet?

Nope, just waiting for my home to finalise but should be any day now. Your combo is the best combo, maybe blue with Red seats could be better but red seats with white is premium. Bit scared about the cream seats though especially with kids.

To each his own. To me, it looks like a riced out Civic with a wing spoiler.

Please do not get that wing you posted from Alibaba for the GSF. You will have holes on the trunk from the stock wing.

I think lexon makes a nice wing for the GSF. I think these larger wings probably look nicer on the RCF

you'll need to get the holes filled after you remove the oem wing. that being said, stick to the oem wing; it's much cleaner than the one you linked. It's also real carbon fiber.

I'd kill for a cream-on-white GSF.
I believe Lexus seats especially on the GSF are easy to clean.

What I did is nano-ceramic coat my interior as well and it's a savior. My kid spilled milkshake and it just wiped off with ease and seats look brand new 4 years later.

Not against wings in general, but I just can't see how any wing would flow with the lines of the GSF. The RCF yeah, it would look fine with that car but a large 4 door sedan especially with the lines of the GSF, not so much.

Sard makes a wing for the ISF that may be more to your liking; a smaller sedan like ISF can pull it off but not the GSF:

Why would you swap out a $3000 OEM part for a $30 part? Makes zero sense.
