Default Certified service by age or miles?

Recently scored an ultra low mileage certified GSF (<10k). The scheduled maintenance is by age or miles, whichever comes first. What's the likelihood a Lexus dealer will honor the 50-60k services that are more comprehensive than a simple oil and filter change? Is this even worth the trouble? I can manage oil and filters myself but since it's certified I might as well use the included services.

Certified service (qty.4) is by miles to my knowledge and you don’t get to ‘pick’ which service you want. They go by 5000 miles so if you bought your vehicle with less than 10k miles, your next ‘free’ scheduled service will be 10k then 15k, 20k and final one at 25k.

Default 1st complimentry service on my 2016 GS F w/ 58K miles

I had my first service on my 2016 GS F w/ 58K miles. They refreshed all the spark plugs and did a brake fluid exchange in addition to the regular service stuff. All of it was covered.
