Tpms
Hey guys.
last week on the way to work, I noticed my driver left was low on psi and it turns out there was a nail in the rear.
I had discount tire patched it up but not the tpms is not reading the psi. is just showing dashes on the screen.
how do I get it to read the psi? I have driver 20+ miles and it still showing the — instead of psi.
should I try the reset button on the bottom? Or ?
thanks

When Discount Tire fixed my flat (free of charge) they also inspected and did something with the TPMS... all I know is that it worked afterwards and still does, and this was more than a year ago. Go back to Discount Tire and see if they can fix it (free of charge of course).
It won't hurt to press the button. Manual says to do it every time you rotate the tires. If the TPMS is bad you can get a new one on Amazon and take it to Discount and have them swap it and sync it to the car. They might charge you to dismount though.
Can you link the tpms for it?
i went back today and turns out the one that was patched, that sensor didn’t work and they tried to replace it with the one they have in stock but it was a different frequency.
they are going to order one and I be going back next week for it.
Now I have the tpms light in the dash
