I am the proud owner of a 15 GS350. Based on the sticky to identify the options, I believe this was a Luxury package. The car has 38K and was a corporate lease one- owner. All maintenance was done at Lexus and I got it for $1500 below the KBB.
This is my third GS - I still own a 94 and traded in the 98 GS400 for the purchase of this vehicle. I’m a GS guy for sure. Not sure what I’ll get after this one since they’ve discontinued the model. A few pics below.
Congratulations! I am on my second having had the first for only 18 months. I have gone through a bunch of Lexus vehicles and this model seems to have stuck. Previously when I would go to the dealer for another DD they would immediately assume I would be heading for a repeat of the model I am in. I have never been one to repeat a car (except for the Miata). So model to model to model I went and so on. I thought that I was ready for an LS now as the newer CUV's weren't doing anything for me. So I test drove the LS - both current and prior generation. Current generation LS was a "I am not old enough for this car" type of feeling. Prior generation was a "I am REALLY not old enough for this car" I went straight back to the GS. I could have kept the '15 and been happy for many years and walked away. But in the back of my mind I knew they were dead as a model being produced. So I picked up the 2020 for their heritage, more of a loyalty, with what I wanted for options and hopefully the new owner gets the same joy I did in the '15 and hands it down to the next person to enjoy.
In short - GS models will be sought after in a few years and the articles saying "It is time to move on" will come to be"Why did they ever stop producing these?"
To me the GS is a perfect balance of comfort and performance. After all, what person will be driving a mid-size luxury sedan to the limit more than using it to get from point A to point B with a touch of fun on some back roads? My guess is, not many. But numbers are numbers and if you go full out rippin' and tearin' more than 50% of the time the GS is not your best choice. If the behavior you want is a luxuriously quiet, reliable, and compliant vehicle with a sportier side to satisfy then go for the GS every day of the week

I picked it because of luxury, comfort, performance, reliability, drives great and it looks pretty good also
Nice find on a rare lux pkg! The Lux pkg on the '15 had the silver finished 19" F-Sport style wheels which look great - think you really found a unicorn of a pre-refresh! Welcome and enjoy!
