It's a GS350 F sport. I was at the dealer test driving it.
Lol at inherent brake squeal, that's just the service dept. being lazy. I have run 2, 4, 6 and 8 piston Brembo calipers on a variety of vehicles and I have never encountered squeal was not remedied by either bedding, a different formula pad or a new proper application of high quality brake lube.
It's not always fun or cheap to swap out sets of pads or rotors but it shouldn't be accepted that a high performance brake setup squeals just because it's high performance. Lexus is not the only mfg. who will try to convince customers that falsehood.

They are just bringing it to people's attention because i'm sure many customers have complained about the the tread wear / life of both the tires and brakes/rotors. Also, many owners have complained about the the RWD F-Sport brake squeal due to the two-piece rotor design.
Essentially, if these are things that bother you, maybe stay away from a RWD F Sport b/c its in the fine print (they just did customers a favor by adding it to the door jam). Once you buy it, don't expect there is anything "wrong" with your car.

It's great for them to post that but I'm sure it surely scared off many people from purchasing.
They had the tire warning sticker on the AWDs at my local dealer. I think the mileage was a little higher than 15k, maybe 25k? First time I’d seen a sticker like that.
Our 2010 HS250h had the disclaimer sticker that the tire wear would be < 25K miles.
When we turned in the 48 month lease with 33K miles the tires enough tread left that
when the dealer sold it Certified without changing the tires!
This anecdotal example is not a case of performance oriented tires however. The
tires fitted to the HS's were a unicorn size, 225/45WR18 that only Toyo seems to
make. Designated as Low Rolling Resistance (Hybrid car, right?) but also low profile.
Not great handling tires, rode harshly and didn't do well in snow or even rain! Other
than that...good tire wear. Wished they would have worn out but nearly zero alternatives
at least back in 2013.
