changed mine at 80000km when i bought the car. lexus service manager said this was their recommended interval as well. Need to make your own choice. Nobody here is an engineer, a mechanic, an aisin repairman, etc.. but ive chosen to replace my fluid with amsoil signature series, currently at 135000 km, ill let everyone know when my tranny grenades.
