Default Song title not displaying

I stream Amazon Music through Bluetooth in my 2015 GS. Never had a problem till yesterday. The songs now do not show up on screen. Anyone else experience this?

I recently had an update to the latest version of Android. I also cleaned out my car the other day and I was hitting the mouse quite a bit. After finishing I noticed I had moved around quite a bit throttle menis. Anyway I may have accidentally modified a setting that may have caused this issue?

Looks like none of my sources(Amazon music, podcast player, etc.) Are showing up.

Try resetting your bluetooth / network settings. Disconnect your device and set it up as a new device. Let us know

It likely something to do with your Amazon music app or Android OS update. I've had this same issue, but it was due to a bug or update on the my phones' media player app.

Go to developer options and change your Bluetooth version to 1.3 I think. Happened to me and that fixed it.

Had the same problem; It's an Android issue with the update to OS 9.
Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Developer Options
Scroll down to Bluetooth AVRCP Version and change it to 1.3. Delete your bluetooth pairing from the car, reboot your phone, and then re-pair the device. You should get your song display settings back.

My usb connection has always been buggy with my iphone. Sometimes everything is blank on the media player screen. Sometimes after switching from podcasts to Amazon Music or Audible it still displays data and album cover from the last thing I was playing. It frequently displays notices at the top of the screen that say "portable player connected" then "portable player disconnected" and then tells me it's connected again and the whole time it's been playing just fine. Sometimes I plug the phone in and the car just won't recognize that it's there. When I try to change tracks from the steering wheel it won't and says "downloading data" but I can change tracks fine on the phone itself.
