I noticed yesterday I have not been receiving alerts from the app on my iPhone or Apple Watch when the car is unlocked. I checked my iPhone notifications are still set to alert me as well as the app settings itself.

Anyone else experienced this or having issues?

 

Yes, and the app constantly keeps logging me out. I do get email notifications... just not the app notifications.

 

I'm getting alerts I just used my remote start today and my app is up to date. and it only logs me out if I don't use it for a while

app is installed on my Iphone x

question. I cant seem to find the app in the appstore? Do you guys knwo perhaps if it is region specific?
