Finally did it.....
Been looking for awhile, narrowed search down from a CPO BMW 535i AWD and the GS350 F Sport. Went with the Lexus - I tend to keep cars long so I figure financially, it was a better decision to go with the Lexus. I bought a 2013 GS 350 F Sport AWD black/tan with 56K Miles, CPO. I love the car because it has dual personalities, it can be drive normally for a nice soft quiet ride or in Sport+ mode like a maniac. I know the engine noise is tuned and piped in the cabin, but I like it! I am a concerned about the gas mileage, even in ECO mode, with mixed 30-40 roads and some highway, seeing around 18 mpg. Other concern is the day I brought it home, after driving it about an hour, my son and I were on the inside of the car, playing with the gadgets and lights/ nav screen/radio, and after about 15 mins, went to start it, .....click...click...click. I checked the battery voltage and it was right at 12v. I waited about 10 mins, then it did start.I checked the voltage when the engine was running, it was 13.2v, so the charging system seems OK. Was a bit concerned about the battery, the next day I took it to the local auto store, they hooked up the tester and said the battery is OK, the CCAs are lower then they should be but the battery didn't need to be replaced. I also came across a TSB that may VIN seems to be part of where the computer can drain the battery. Not sure if that was done yet or not, but concerned. Hoping the car is OK. I do notice after the car sites for 2+ days, when I go to start it, the engine doesn't seem to be cranking as fast as it should.I need to look into it, but regarding the CPO warranty, is that extending the factory warranty, or is it separate? Asking because the TSB says for the original factory warranty period, that repair is covered.

Congrats and welcome to the family! I'd bet you need a new battery even though it showed 12V. BTW, almost every car I have ever tested showed over 14V while the engine was running. It seems strange that yours is a little low.
I think you are on the right track regarding giving it a couple of days to see what works out. You should contact the Dealer (in writing if possible) just so they know what's going on.
Battery problems not withstanding, you made a great choice!

Congrats on on the purchase! Do you have the Cold Weather Package? Cold Weather Pkg 4GS's have a "heavy duty battery" but I was never sure about the difference between a car with the "standard" battery and one with the heavy duty battery (maybe better CCA's?).
With 56k miles on a '13, you may just want to replace the battery but def. go the route of discussing with the dealership where you purchased. Also: The 4GS has a feature that will shut off the car after 15-20min while in Accessory mode to conserve battery power...this has happened to me a few times while waiting for folks with my radio on and the engine off.

Lexus Extended Warranty (if purchased) covers the car up to 7 years / 100k miles, whichever comes first.
The car does has the cold weather package.
I I don't normally do much to my cars, but I really think it needs fog lights. I thought the reason the F Sport didn't have them was because those small grill spots were actually opened for air flow and it was ported to the front brakes for cooling. Perhaps that is only on the RWD models? I might install that rear roof wing that attaches to the top of the rear glass. The lighted door threaholds look pretty cool too. I doubt I will be doing any suspension or wheel mods, but you never know.
