My 2013 Premium Cold Weather package most definitely comes with the heated steering wheel - i feel bad for you, it definitely should be included with the package.

One of my favorite features is the heated steering wheel on my '13 GS Luxury. I just went to the web site and "built" my GS. The heated steering wheel is NOT listed in the Cold Weather Package but IS listed in the Luxury Package. How that make sense is beyond me.

That's Canada yours probably came with a block heater too, something Toyota doesn't really offer
in the US. I bummed for him too.

Nah not far enough north for a block heater standard - you can pay to have it installed by the dealer though.

I was under the impression that all 2013-2014's with CWP had a heated steering wheel, they must have changed that for 2015.

I have a '13 GS w/Cold Weather Pkg and it has the heated steering (live in the northeast). The lexus website says that the '15 luxury package is the only one that includes a heated steering wheel and that its only available on the AWD model.

This option package change seems a bit off - seems so odd that they would make you upgrade to the $6k luxury package to get a heated steering wheel when it makes most sense as part of the Cold Weather Pkg. Awful that the dealer misinformed you on this - very frustrating indeed.

Heck my AWD 15 F-Sport said it didn't come with a heated steering wheel or headlight washers and I got both. Didn't have cold weather package listed on the sticker
