Do u guys fold ur mirrors when parking?

I just looked for it in the 2015 manual online. It's not referenced at all. How odd!

I park in front of my shop, one day an old guy parks next to me, gets out and "unfolds" my mirrors for me because he thought someone had bumped into it. I sit facing the window so I saw everything even the crackling noise it made when he unfolded them. God I was furious, I didn't chew him out or anything I just said "if you didn't do it, don't fix it" and folded them back, tested it with my key fob and it worked properly. I was soooooo **** off.
On another note when the mirrors fold in it looks like my chihuahua with her ears filed back.

I woulda chew him up and spit him back out and repeat that process for an hour or so. lol
Did u fold them back using the keyfob or manually?

Manually, cause using the key fob would activate the gears and I though would mess them up, so I just clicked back in place. Has been working ever since so I don't think anything messd up. Yeah he was old like in his 50's (sorry if anyone here is 50+), but it already happened so yelling at him would yield nothing in return, beside he was trying to help. Lol.

when faced with sheer and utter stupidity its best to take swift action first, ask questions later.

When I first got my car my auto tilt was messed up too. The left was pointing down and the right was pointing up too. 
Then I just reset it with the Carista app or u can reset it manually to ur preference.

When u did that manually did it feel like ur going to break a gear tooth by forcing it? I wonder if the gears give out when u force it manually to prevent breakage on event like this.
