Think about it this way, you don't have the stressful dilemma of deciding whether to use the fold feature to indicate lock or not!!!

Quote: My car has "BSM with power folding mirrors", but the mirrors do not automatically fold when locking the doors.

Is there are procedure to turn this function on and off?
I believe either the left or right mirror adjuster button must be selected for the auto fold mirrors to work. Or wait that is for the reverse look down feature. I always get confused.

Reverse auto fold down: L or R needs to be illuminated.

Auto fold in when door locked and fold out when unlocked: AUTO button illuminated.

If you choose to manually fold the mirrors in or out (with the button of the mirror with the arrow) you will need to push the AUTO button after to continue automatic operation as manually controlling it turns off automatic operation.

I only do so in my garage. My wife's Honda van takes up a lot of room.

Sadly, I'm not spoiled with auto fold-in mirrors. I do mine manually with my 2013 GS.

You have them. Look at your mirror adjustment on the door.
