Startup Image

Hi I have been trying to change the start up image in my car and I dorsnt find any image every time. I put them in the correct folder with the correct name and capitalization. Could the picture which is a jpeg or the usb file type matter. By the way I am using a Mac don't know if this matters or not.

I got the same issue as you read the posts and manual still no luck on my 13 Gs f sport

I don't think it works on usb drives with files from a Mac. Also it must be formatted as fat32, not ntfs.

You have to have the pic in a folder called.........StartupImage

It is case sensitive so it must look just like that!!!!

Or also do .......DisplayoffImage

That is for the display off

Works just fine with a USB formatted FAT32 on a Mac. Problem is the startup image does not replace the big L movie and only appears for about one second before the disclaimer come up.
