Absolutely..

Just go to trdparts.co.jp..look under Lexus GS, Parts list..

The recommended tire size is 245/40/19 for the 19X8 TRD Forged wheels, 45mm offset wheel.

Our OEM wheel is 19X8, 45mm offset as well. So, it's the exact same specs..

I can't see an issue if you go with what's recommended by TRD..

YEP! I have the 245/40R19 Michelins on my F-Sport and Its perfect! I have told others to do the same. The turanzas are JUNK. I tossed them in 2 weeks after buying the car last year. I have the Michelin Primacy MXM4 tires 94V and I love it.

Does anyone know if these fit on a stock RWD F-Sport with the staggered set-up? That is, can I use the stock wheels that are slightly wider in the rear and still put 245/40/19 all around?

Yes you can no problem at all, I ran 19x10.5 and put 235 tires on it.

I'd advise against putting the same tire size front and rear on the staggered wheels. I did put the Michelin SS on with a 245/40 in front and a 275/35 in the rear. Works great!
