I just got the car on Friday and was driving it on Saturday and heard noise on the freeway and was like what the hell is that ? Well pay more attention now that i know i am not crazy. I just figured it was windy outside and kept looking for trees blowing around.

yup, the car has wind noise, its a design flaw. i don't notice it that much anymore, but it has it.
Who did you speak with over there. Maybe I'll have he/she take a ride in mine since they know what they're listening for.
The guy I was dealing with he is no longer there, but they know about the problem, but I don't think changing the glass fixes the problem its the weatherstrip around the door is the issue.

I'm guessing it's the cat the went to Tesla. I figure I'll stop by and see what they say. I have an 80 series Land Cruiser on 35" mud terrains, so the GS sounds amazingly quite to me, HA!

My service tech told me it has nothing to do with the windows, it's the side mirrors causing the sound. According to him they've tested the GS without side mirrors and its dead silent.

My SA told me the same thing...They did it on the RX and it's silent after...
apparently you still hear it with dual pane windows.
The dual pane windows do not eliminate the noise, but makes it less noticeable.
The next time anyone is on the highway during a rain storm, look at how the rain tunnels down the window thru the side mirror, I have never seen anything like it. so it's position is a design flaw with the wind noise and the reflection.
Where is the wind noise coming from? The only time I hear much noise is when being passed (or passing) anyone on my drivers side. The sound seems to come from the back window area.
Im not quite sure where its coming from, its not a whistle air noise, its more like you're going through a wind tunnel and getting the wind noise from all around. Its worth noting that when I open the cover for the sunroof (without actually opening the sunroof) I get even a little more noise.
That in addition to a little road noise, true that it might be due to several things such as road quality and tyres, but when comparing to cars in similar price range, you find this to be quite dissapointing>
