I got my roof done today in black. I will get some better pics after I get it cleaned up.

Later this week i am getting all of the chrome blacked out and yes going the plastidip route

Plastidipped. There's an installer in my area I found. Looked at wrapping it but issues w antenna. Glad I went this route

Looking forward to the pics! I had an idea about wrapping it in shiny Black instead of the matte, so will be good to see how that looks.

I could have had a gloss or satin coat put on and i still may, but for now wanted to do everything matte

that's pretty clean. i think i would opt for a gloss finish myself but that still looks great

Wow look good, the antenna does look better when matched with the rest of it, and yes they can't wrap the antenna cause it doesn't stick well.

in the first pic your car swallows the Viper next to it. nice job on the roof.

Looks great! I did the chrome on the trunk and it was really straight forward. I'm curious to the about your installer. Are you in South florida?

Man thats too far from me. If I every decide to visit Tampa anytime soon I'll definitely look into it.

I'm with you Yardie, I wanna do my roof also. I did everything else I wanted already, the roof is the last thing... well maybe I would do it myself, but don't know how the spray can vs powered sprayer would look in regards to blending aspects. It came out fine on the other stuff, but this is a large area that would easily show blend imperfections especially with the different light angles it's exposed to.
