Please check with an interior repair specialist before you spring for a new panel. Last year, I purchased a CPO 135i convertible and about a week after I had it something in my daughter's backpack caused a series of small tears on the lower passenger door panel. I "Googled" for car interior repair and came up with several mobile services...I've since learned that dealers use these same mobile repair services. Anyway, $75 later and you could never it happened.
