Default Any Way To Fix This Door Panel?

So ever since I've owned this Lexus back in 06, it has nothing but been a POS to me. Nothing but problems and cheap plastic panels.

So I was changing one of the two door lock actuators that died on me and when I took the panel off, the corner rubbed against that rubber stripping to the right and took a huge chunk out of the door. I swear Lexus cheaper out on the interior, even a fingernail push will leave a mark in the plastic.

Anyway, I'm sure there is no fix for this aside from buying a whole new ****ing door panel. But anyone have ideas on how to cover this up???

Thanks

Have you do a search for leather past? May be you can patch it up, but I am not sure about the texture replica affects. I am sure there should be a leather past out three on the market. How about try to contact with you local place where they sawing leather?

Use that No Heat Leather repair kit. Its a silicone based product that comes in different colors and you can even texturize it. Seeing as that part is black and in the corner, it probably would work ok for you.

Here, 10 bucks on fleabay:

I used it on my saab. Not a perfect repair but it did the trick.
