For those who want to start researching some of the part numbers for the parts shown below, I can provide what I know...
USDM and/or JDM OEM Fog Lamp Part numbers needed or used on the 2013 GS350.
(And approx. 10 other Toyota / Lexus Models)

81210-0D042 = (1) RH Fog

81220-0D042 = (1) LH Fog

93567-A5014 = (4) Mounting Screws needed

84140-30360 = (1) Headlight Stalk w/FOG Switch **Optional**

*** From Japan:
The required important parts are the RH & LH F-Sport Fog Garnish Covers.

For wiring, you will either need to make or purchase a pre-made heavy duty custom Fog Light Harness for H11 Bulb Application.

We also used (2) Putco H11 Harness bulb plugs, which do help with install process if you you have to create your own custom harness wires..
Part # 230008HD

Well based on the decision to remove Fog Lamps from the GS350 F-Sport in several markets including the most popular USA...
We have no choice but to source the parts directly from Japan to complete the OEM Fit & Finish.

Many F-Sport owners have already expressed their opinion here:

F-Sport Fogs - Voting Poll

Over 80% of the votes are in favor of Fogs.. If you haven't voted yet, please do...

I sourced the parts from Lexus Japan several weeks ago, but honestly we have just been way to busy to complete the "test fitment".

Last night local member "a6s" and I we're finally able to meet up after work...

He has already done the 4GS community a Great Service in continually working with many local Manufactures for Nav override testing, Wheels, Suspension, Exhaust & Intake R&D sessions..

Below are the pics we took last night on the test fitment of the parts.. I decided we would run "test" power to one fog lamp as well..

WARNING: The Fog Lamp Bulb used in these photos are not OEM Halogen H11 bulbs...
They are LED bulbs I used from MY IS-F. That is the reason for the color difference in the photos..

All the OEM parts are a direct bolt on... Unfortunately, there is NO OEM wiring or bulb plugs present behind the F-Sport Bumper. (or none that I could see)

Which does mean some stand alone wiring and on/off switch will need to created...
I did hunt down a Fog Lamp switch from a Toyota FJ, but you would have to have a blank spot to place this into..

All Opinions & Questions are Welcome..!!

once again A6S has done it again. congratz again A6. you are just having hella fun out there in cali with your F-Sport. props to JOE Z of course. how long was the install? how accessible is the fog lamp switch can we obtain it easily. i would guess it fits on the panel with the BSM,HSW and the VSC buttons. looks funny to see the fogs on the F-Sport. something to get used to. looks good though. you guys just keep it coming. that's what's up.

I dont like how the plastic piece does not sit flush with the bumper, and you can see light coming from the top and side of the plastic fog light piece.

those fogs (the actual light housing) looks similar to the Highlander 08+ and some other toyotas. all you really need is the fog lights from this kit http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Corol...0d2e99&vxp=mtr

i believe its a direct fit

In states with annual inspections, such as my own, if the fog lights operate independently of the headlight's low beams the vehicle will fail the inspection. Using a fog light relay, controlled by the headlight's low beams, should resolve that issue.

That is either a reflection off the multi pod LED bulb I was using or I didn't snap the cover all the way in...

It's a none issue when seen in person...

Theoretically, that could work...
But honestly if I'm going through the process of doing this Modification on my 2013 GS... The last thing I would want to do is install a 3rd part manufacturer fog lamp..

I wouldn't put anything less than the OEM Parts on My Brand New Lexus..
(my honest opinion)

These are the OEM Fog Lamp Part numbers needed or used on the 2013 GS350.

81210-0D042 = RH Fog

81220-0D042 = LH Fog

Or in your case.. The switch used can pull power from the headlamps..
So that the switch will only turn ON the fog lights only when the head lights are ON..

Not an issue really..
