Just because Lexus currently has no current plans for the predictive lines on non-APG cars, it doesn't mean that it won't happen in the future with a product refresh.

I am guessing that since the US market pays at least 50% of the price that the other markets pay, this is just a small sacrifice. Here in South Africa it is available on all Lexus models with a Nav we, however, pay more than 10x of what the US pays.
It is a software update - not going to cost Lexus any additional development time or hardware cost. The code already exists (since it is available in other countries) - so, cost really "shouldn't" be a factor

The car price is more or less the same around the world. It's the tax or registration fee that different countries charge make the big difference.
I guess I'm in the minority. My backup camera works great. I don't care if the lines move or not. I can project where I am going by looking at the screen. If that's my only complaint about this car, I don't have much to complain about.
