I have got to be honest the pics coming out of Europe are awesome, compared to state side!!!! 
So the 3rd Test mule in Europe seems to be another Hybrid.!!!!!
The "Blue Power" button for engine start indicates Hybrid model...
If we can get MORE interior pics of the GS 250, we should be set...
So far all I have found is this one.. You can see the leather boot used for the shifter gate..
While the Hybrids do not use the leather on the shifter gate. Just **** & metal shaft.

Finally!!!
All 3 Test Mules with all 3 plates showing…!!
My belief is the two facing forward in the below pic, are the Hybrid Models w/Camel Interior..
One looks like a Base Hybrid and the other looks like an F-Sport upgraded Hybrid.

seeing all the improvement i wonder if i should sell my 3gs now while pricing is still good, haha

TEMP is a temperature control for 3rd zone (rear).
Seat with lines indicates seat heating. Seat with a fan in upper left corner indicates that seat is ventilated.
Those 3 LED indicators are 3 stage heating.

damn, that middle control is "ultra luxury"
once it's out, you know 3gs price will drop
or do you want to make sure the trunk is an improvement and more usable?

USA Test Mules observations...
One of the the Base GS350's is showing off the same paded headrest as the Euro Spec one
Here is the US Head lights for now.....
Hopefully they don't do what they did with the CT200h - Different headlights for different markets!!!

Lexus added the blue power button to the GSh I think in 09 or 10.....
Have to say they really seem to have done the HW this time..

agreed on the explanation of buttons, make sense
here is the ls460 rear console for those not familiar. i have to say the display is pretty damn nice (if it's the same)

the obvious bottom and back buttons are the same. then there is a button to extend the seat bottom just like the ls460. one for the lumber support. one for the bolsters. the other 2 i can't make out of them
