4GS mega thread (UPDATED; preview drives, specs, more interior pics)
Lexus seriously needs to pay attention to all of the plastic pieces that give this car an already obvious image of cheapness. As most people here are not happy with the exterior, I am very happy. Most here like the interior, I really dislike it but I'll have to see for myself. It isn't Lexus at all.
I think those buttons (the ones above the "CH FLD" and the "TEMP" adjust buttons respectively) are seat ventilation buttons......I think.

I'm thinking that the diagram in those buttons I mentioned shows a picture or caricature of a seat and some curvy lines flowing through it (which I think indicates air/ventilation). Plus, you can three light indicators above those aforementioned buttons.
So yeah, I think this car will have seat ventilation for rear passengers

The suspense is killing me, can we just show it this weekend and put it on sale in sept. cause now i really want it. Is it me or do I see the rear having manual sunshade, nice touch Lexus now to put in the panaroma roof.

yes that seems to be the case. like i said seems like lexus is trying to trigger down stuff from LS to the new GS. they are all great, though i wonder how that will stack up on the option prices. especially the rear armrest controls, that's not cheap
Much thanks for sharing these, but would you provide a link to your source in the future please? There are many high-res pics in that gallery that would've otherwise been missed, not to mention basic nettiques.

Great to see that they are finally going after rear-seat buyers, something that the Germans have been doing for a while in this segment.
Hope there's even dual-RSES as an option too.
Also, is it just me or does the front passenger seat look like it has a tilt-up leg support?
And the side-bolstered head rest is clearly different from the flat ones seen in the US.

From those pics, it looks like the third inside projector on the hybrid will be a blinker. Click here to see it: http://pilt.delfi.ee/en/picture/11737311/

Notice a different wood trim on this model.

The button that locks the car without a key is gone. The color is interesting as well here.

Take a look at all those buttons, the passenger seat has just as many. My 3GS just has 2
awesome headrest there, i like that. not a big fan of the current one, from shape to comfort.
both the 5 and e rear armrests are bland compared to this one with the rear controls. in fact i think this is the first time having so many controls (including radio) available to the rear passengers in this segment of cars? i think this is great, but again, i want to see what the added price would be. msrp is pointless, market price is the key
the button on the door handle better goes away already. it's pretty ugly on the 3gs unless the color is black. all high end cars have the sensors as body color (by touch, no longer button)
