Hey good morning everyone . I own a 2015 lexus gs 350 and a lately it start shaking when accelerating around 25 mph to 45 mph and vibrating while idling on drive mode. Have anyone experienced this ? If yes how you fix it ?

@bpayano25 - The shaking when accelerating (even at low speed and partial throttle) could be coming from a number of things; such as the transmission torque converter, dirty engine MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor, worn engine mounts, damaged axle or hub, or even a bent wheel or damaged tire - but the issue is coming from something with mass that is rotating or from something that is spinning and/or out-of-balance.
The vibrating at idle with the vehicle stopped (shouldn't make any difference which mode it's in) and assumed in Drive Gear reduces a couple of the above possibilities, but the issue is coming from engine alone, such as a dirty throttle body or engine MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor, a defective oxygen (O2) sensor, or worn engine mounts.
By chance - have you had the battery disconnected recently when this issue started - or by chance have you topped up with gas recently where you put in much more gas after the nozzle automatically cuts off? The reason I ask is because sometimes when the battery is disconnected it displays the results of a dirty throttle body or MAF sensor causing the engine to run rough - - and overfilling the fuel tank can damage the charcoal canister, which is part of the Evaporative Emission Control (EVAP) system, causing the engine to run rough.

BC already gave you quite a few good starting points and possibilities. Two quick things that come to mind: 1) Rough idle: something simple like bad gas could be the culprit for the sudden rough idle problem - fill up at a different brand gas station to see if that helps; 2) Shaking @ 25-45mph: this sounds like a suspension issue to me (tires worn, alignment issue, bent wheel).
