I'm currently trying to disassemble the wiper stalk, so that I can pull my sticky dash out and replace it with a new one. However, I am not sure if there any clips, or if it's just yanking it hard.

Don't just yank it. There's a clip. Look for a small slot or hole on the stalk housing. Press a small flathead screwdriver in there to release the clip, then it should pull straight out.
