Thanks Eddie, I recently came across your channel and have watched this video multiple times already lol. I just need help with the rear because the way the window is held onto the regulator is a track rather than just two bolts.
Thanks! Great find Eddie! Looks like this may be it. Also, love the videos man, i have watched almost all of your GS videos since i got mine. The new wheels look great!
For anyone that will need this in the future i will return with an update.

Hello to future owners who will read this.
following the video above of the red Camry I was able to get the window in.
if you are like me and your window was smashed you will not need to remove the window regulator to put the glass in. To remove an intact window, you may need to.
first you must free the c pillar ( remove the two bolts on the door and hidden screw under the weather stripping at the top) - this is so that later on, you have play in the pillar and can put the window in the track easy.
I was able to get the window in the door by removing the entire weather stripping from the seam of the window and sliding it in horizontally with the shorter end in the rail. The larger side will gradually feed in until the whole window drops in.
Next install the top and feed the weather stripping on both sides of the rail (slightly tilt the window on both sides in order to gain clearance for the stripping to feed - the window can tilt while sitting in the bottom of the door)
Next put the window on the regulator track that slides and also in the weather stripping by tilting it inside the door ( the window is free standing and not on a track)
now feed both sides of the window into the weather stripping and raise the window to test/ push the weather stripping in.
put inner tension to the c pillar when bolting it in to ensure you don’t have play/ minimal play.
close and open the window a few times, I did notice when reaching the top, the window would slightly slow down and not shut aggressively (both sides of my car did this).
Reassemble the door
shut the window and go for a drive to test for wind noise ( in case your stripping is not all the way secure) , test for rattles by blasting music & shut the door semi aggressively to listen for rattles.
It took me about two hours start to finish.
good luck!!
