This is just a check engine light, even if it triggers a VSC failure message. Admittedly I freaked out before I scanned the car, then remembered my Volvo V50 worked the same, no clue why.
I just had the same lights on, and a constant vibration. The rpm is fluctuating. Yesterday just got the water body changed. Any ideas what could caused it and what would be the fix.

Have who ever replaced your water pump recheck their work, they may have left something loose. Possibly a loose ground or wire
With all the crap they put into gas these days, you may never know exactly why it happened. Reminds me of a buddy who used to be an Audi factory race driver. He had a brand new company car for his wife. She smelled gas in the garage. When he went and checked the gas cap, foam shot out of the filler neck. Said it was like an over filled washing machine puking soap suds. Never happened before or after. Go figure.
I have a 2010 GX460 with 98K, Driven mostly on the highway for long periods of time and then park in the garage for weeks/months at a time after use. I've only seen the aforementioned group of lights come on 2 times. Once for the secondary air injector (replaced by Lexus) and once because I didn't double check the aFe Momentum air intake hump coupler and it wasn't completely seated on both ends.
