Have you ever removed and cleaned the inside and outside of the throttle body?

Clean it, and do a seafoam top engine cleaning. You will want the engine hot from a long drive, pop off the engine cover on the intake manifold theres a blocked off rubber plug with a clamp. Remove that find a small vacuum hose that will slip over that, and possibly a vacuum line reducer to step the size down a bit. Buy 1 bottle of original seafoam (the kind that you pour) pour 1/4 of the bottle into a cup and with the car running let the vacuum from the engine suck the seafoam. When you finish with the 1/4 cup let the car sit for 15-20min this will allow the seafoam to soak into the carbon. Keep repeating until you finish a complete bottle. Once done and the seafoam (tailpipe smoke show) has cleared, drive it on aggressively on the highway.

Also what plugs did you use? OEM from a reputable source? Theres tons of knock offs on ebay, claiming to be oem plugs. The original iridium plugs are a bit pricey, so if you bought a whole set pack of plugs for $14.99 then you more likely have junk plugs.
