What now?
Did you open it when it was warm at the specified temp? If so then that good, the person who replaced the transmission fluid may have overfilled it. Take it for a drive and see if it helped.

The engine is technically always somewhat connected to the wheels. With the engine running, possibly under load so as to charge the battery, and with the wheels off the ground, this might be normal. Otherwise, I'm guessing gear backlash, but I don't think anybody's posted how to open a gs450h transmission... some guys did open it to my knowledge for DIY EV projects, but that's about it. Your call, but I wouldn't worry about that at this stage.

How much fluid came out and what was the transmission oil temp when you did it? Also, did anything change?

Hi,

I want to thank everyone for thinking with me.

The oil was 36,8Celsius when I did open it and let it tickle. For now nothings has changed, still the P0867 Oil pressure code and nothing has made any sense. I do hope when I change those 3 sensors in the gearbox then everything will be better. Maybe I'll even do some pictures and make a DIY when this helps so anyone who faces the same things will get help.

Let's hope for the best. The gearbox does not make any noise neither does it act up. I do hope that the sensor aren't giving any readings and that's why it is like that.

PS: Techstream T/M Oil pressure readings are all 0 so I think the sensors aren't cooperating anymore.

Clear the code, it might not go away by itself.

Also, you can try going to hybrid control->utility->reset memory. Transmission learn is "incomplete", not sure if it will become "complete" without doing that.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to do that given the pressure sensor situation, though - I think it switches between the two gears while doing that, and that might leave you stranded.
In other words, if you'll be doing this, assume that you might not be able to move the car afterwards... and don't do it if you can't afford not to.

While youre in the transmission I would test out all the internal plugs to the external, could possibly be a cut wire internally to a sensor. A volt meter and probe all the wires

I'm not very good with a volt meter. Don't really know where to put what.

Yesterday I was surfing club-lexus.ru, a Russian forum. There was a guy with the same problem, may I say there were many even. The problem was solved with replacing sensors or repairing the oil pump.

They told thst if the pump is bad, then the pump should put uo the codes.

So now I'm just waiting for the sensors and hoping that they will solve my treaded problem and let me drive this damn thing again.

Default sounds like a pump fault to me

so I got the bearings for my oil pump yesterday and replaced them as it sealed like a good pre failular thing .(I do 1000km commute to work each week )
when I pulled the pump apart I found that the front bearing had sized with big effort I could just turn it.
now this pump only pumps the oil when the engine is not running from my understanding so maybe why u can drive it ok but died in reverse (electric only)

If you take out the old bearings and take it to a bearing shop, they can give you the same bearing. If not they can guide you on what type of bearing you have and ebay or google will help you find a replacement. Because majority of bearings in cars are universal

I wouldn't do this without testing the pump with techstream beforehand.

it might say all is well but there could still be a bearing failed
as my gs450h was showing no signs of a fault at all but had a sized bearing it may be intermittent fault .how manyt? kms(miles) dose urs have on it
