I'm not sure if anybody here can tell you. Can you look in the original thread on the forum where you got the TSB? Maybe somebody's tried it already.
Again, have you checked the fluid level? With the car level, remove the fill plug, very little (small line) of oil should be coming out of it when the oil temp is between 30 and 40. If it isn't, I'd try filling it up to spec to rule that out.

The "fluid level" plug at the bottom of the transmission oil pan? Worst case, I'd try an impact wrench at progressively higher power, but if something goes wrong, it's a new pan + seal + plug, which is not cheap.

I just realized the fluid pump for the hybrid transmission is external on the passenger side. Your issue code is with the pressure. I wonder if you have an electrical issue with the pump itself. Try inspecting the wire to the pump, see if any are damaged or maybe you have a bad connection. Remove each terminal and spray electrical cleaner or alcohol and make sure there clean and no broken pins.
This is what it looks like

Hi
I thought I could see fluid level via Techstream but no. I've had VAG COM cars and with VCDS I could see the fluid level...
I don't think that fluid level would cause that or would it? Haven't seen loss of power neither have I felt that the gearbox is slipping etc. I tried the oil pump test via Techstream yesterday, the 500RPM and 1000RPM. I started it and heard the pump starting and spinning so maybe the gearbox oil pump is good for now.

Ordered the full service kit for the transmission from amayama. 3 sensors also but two of them are not in the warehouse so yeah...
I nees to get that overflow plug open, if no oil is coming, top up the oil and hope that fixed it. Then those switches and filters can be also changes when they come.
PS: If the pump is passing Techstream test, then I do not think that the pump is faulty.

That molly looks like it will work with toyota WS for standard transmission. Youre running a cvt, I think they use special fluids, probably best to run the toyota cvt fluid.
This thread should give you a few pointers https://www.clublexus.com/forums/hyb...-change-3.html

It's not a belt-driven CVT. DO NOT put CVT-specific fluids in there.
Liqui moly's site says "recommended/approved for"... couldn't find a VOA of it so can't say anything more than that.

Uh, what does this mean? What do I need to buy then? I was told to buy Top Tec ATF 1800.

Personally I wouldnt take that risk, I would go to the dealer with your vin number and let them give you the proper fluid for your car. Or atleast find out what is exactly needed, then you can see what fluids are compatible. Many have had good luck with amsoil fluids in transmissions.

Hi again
I managed to open the overflow plug. The fluid started pouring out from it and I let it pour out till it was tickeling only.
The fluid was reddish comor, no abnormal smell rtc so someone has changed the fluid.
What now?
