Replaced some fuses, now having issues.
I have a '08 GS350, I bought it used and the front cigarette/12v port doesn't work. I checked the owners manual for the fuse location, checked the fuse, looked great, replaced it anyway and still doesn't work. So there's something else wrong. I'm gonna pull the shifter trim and see if it's something directly at the source.
While I was checking the fuse, I removed/checked several other fuses in that same panel just for fun. They were all in great shape and just put them back in.
Now, my key fob almost never gets recognized and have to hold it against the push start button to start the car AND my mirrors don't tilt downward when reversing. They always worked completely fine before. I've replaced the fob battery and checked the location/condition of the fuses again and can't seem to fix these. So, not only is the charging port still inoperable but now I have 2 more problems.
Any ideas?

Which fuse panel did you check? There are 4 fuse boxes in a GS, I forgot which one controls the cigarate lighter, but awhile back I replaced it and it was tricky to find. You obviously messed something up by tearing apart the center console. I would open that back up and check your work, you might have left something unplugged.

Check your fuses on the display panel to make sure you put the correct fuses back in there original place.
As for the front cigarette lighter look inside the lighter socket, you may just have had something fall inside it like a coin or debris. If its free and clear put a test light on it and see if its getting power.
