Touch the hard key "Info" and then the on screen soft key "Adjust Clock" Page 128 of the 2008 manual
If you no longer have the Owner's Manual you can go to www.lexusdrivers.com
You do not have to log in (although there are features you might use if you do), you only need
to select model and year then open up "Resources" and then Navigation Owner's Manual.
