Default Backup Camera

I'm trying to drill a hole to mount my flush mount backup camera. I realized that our trunk is 2 piece. Does anyone have any direction on removing the outer shell?

Or has anyone replaced the oem backup camera?

Remove the plastic push retainers from the inside trunk remove the trunk tail lights, then I think there are 6 nuts to remove. With a gentle tug it should pop right off

Thanks sprtn131. I figure it out. I didn't realize that I had to take the inner taillights out.

It's odd that Lexus made the trunk on the GS and IS a two piece.
