rear door handle sensor question
Whenever I’m about to hop in my car with a front passenger, I used to walk up to my car and unlock it using the rear passenger door handle sensor. This will unlock ALL the doors for me so i don’t need to unlock for the passenger using my key fob or the inside unlock button. But now when using this method, it only unlocks my driver door and the rear passenger door that I touch to unlock. Can anyone tell me why. I’m thinking it might be a personalized setting because I recently changed my battery.
Setting probably got reset but I did change my battery recently and I didn't lose the unlock ALL door feature.
Is this happening on both rear and passenger doors? They should unlock all doors. Driver side will only unlock the driver door unless the setting was changed to unlock all doors.
3rd party or "knock-off" cables are not that expensive. I purchased a cable for $15 and include the techstrem software. Just need to know what you're doing.
