Default Please help!!! Climate control error gs350

After jumping then changing battery error shows no connection with ac and radio shows off on screen. Lexus couldn't find a fuse problem so they assume my display unit just malfunctioning, this just don't sonund right. Any suggestions or can someone help?

Have a third party triple check the fuses once again?

Like a independent mechanic's shop? It might be a fuse they just overlooked. It's highly unlikely, like you said, for it to go bad.

Worst case scenario, I would remove the climate control/radio unit, and CHECK with a multimeter to see if the harnesses are getting power at all. That's a SURE FIRE way to figure out whether or not it is the radio/climate control unit or some problems with wiring/fuses. I don't think your local dealership did that, they probably just went through standard procedures and checked the fuses in the fuse box, without further investigation.
