Hello, I drive a 2009 Lexus gs350 161000 miles on it and today the cel and trac lights turned on so went to my local autozone and they gave me these codes:

P0172 and P0175 which are system too rich on both banks and P1170 which is the fuel performance/port injector.

They also gave a list of probable causes for the MAF sensor, faulty heated oxygen sensor, ECT sensor fault or fuel injector or pressure regulator leaking.

I went ahead and bought a MAF and air filter just in case but I'm curious to know if anyone else has had this problem and how it was fixed.

EDIT: Just turned on the car and the warning lights went off, not sure if I should bother returning the MAF if it's a system error or just go ahead and replace it.

 

I'd return the MAF sensor and probably clean your current one.

Have you done any mods whatsoever to your car? (performance-wise)
