I have no experience with Maxluxusa bulbs, but this is my go to HID bulb. Price is about the same since yen is cheap right now. Carmate GIGA H.I.D. 6000k Dualx D4r/s.

Quality 100% better than Garax. I have used both. Carmate provides a whiter, more usable light patch vs Garax's Blue 6000k light patch.

 

Does that glass case stay on the hid bulb when u install it ?

 

He has it off the bulb in the pic so I would say no.

 

Yes glass on the carmate giga hid bulb stays in place. I took the reflector cover (Metal) off which changes the bulb from D4R to D4S.

 

so how much does that come out to in us dollars ? and how long did it take for you to get from japan ?

Standard Japanese packaging. These are quality bulbs that I have tested on multiple vehicles (Gs300 2000, Rx330 2004, Rx400h 2006, Ls430 2001, Gs300 2006, and GS450h 2011) The light cutoff on each vehicle improved and the light patch is a lot whiter than oem. I have never had to replace them once installed and will stand by them as a product. My car is made in Japan,and now it has made in Japan hid bulbs.
I found these carmate bubs as a replacement for Garax 6000k, which i think are horrible.
