Where can I get the Lexus decals for the calipers? I would guess the dealership, but checking.

Do I need to use high temp paint or something in particular? I was thinking red or gold, since my car is the dark metallic gray.

I would suggest using high temp paint, although regular paint has been used and I haven't seen any negative effects.

I used these decals...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lexus-Brake-Caliper-Decal-Sticker-13-Colors-To-Choose-From-X4-Decals-/290698982382?pt=Decals_Stickers_Vinyl_Art&var=590061926537&hash=item43af0273ee
and I brought a Dupli-color caliper paint kit from advance...

it was fairly cheap and turned out really well. Be sure to apply 3-4 coats (although the 1st two will look good) so that it last.
