Default Buying a GS350 2011

Is it safe buying a Lexus from a rival dealership? ex.Acura,BMW?
Do i still get the warranty that you get if you bought a Lexus pre owned guarantee?

you should get the remainder of the original manufacturers warranty. A Lexus bought as a CPO from a Lexus dealer comes with additional warranty and you have the option of adding the Lexus platinum extended warranty.

what is the difference buying from another dealership that is not Lexus? Also... is there any chance a certified dealership selling you a flood car? even if the carfax is clean

There would be visual cues where you would be able to tell if the car was flooded. If you want to give me the VIN#, I'll run the car fax for you.
