IM AT THE MALL RIGHT NOW nD MY CAR WONT RECOGNIZE MY KEY... THIS HAPPENED OUT OF NOWHERE... I CANT LOCK OR UNLOCK IT FROM THE REMOTE... AND MY KEY WONT STOP BLINKING... PLEse help me asap... Thanks in advance

 

Might be out of battery. Is there any other store close by? Target, Walmart? Might be able to pick up a batter. I got mine at home depot the other week. Very easy to change

 

No... Because i sent my sister to bring my spare and she did... And both of them ARe blinking... The cR turns on only when the key is touching the start button

 

Did you try putting the key next to the start button.

 

Why don't you take the actual key that is attached to the remote fob and unlock your car and then put the remote fob at the start button and it should start.

 

Yes i did... N it says no key recognized .. thwn it turns on

 

I just bought a new batt for the key in walmart and same symptoms... Only starts when the key is toching thr start button... Otherwise all the key does is blink

 

I had this same problem a couple times it ended up being a particular parking spot by this building. I think there must be some kind of wireless signals that throws off the key/car communication. I thought the same thing, change the battery. So I changed the battery and wouldn't you know it I parked in that same area...and same thing happened. I had to just keep putting the key near the start button eventually it worked.
