.....My wife's 2009 GS360 from time to time gets crazy...today she went to garage to get car and all windows were going up and down, the sunroof was open and closing and I think a beeper was sounding. When I went out to see what was going on all windows were down and sunroof was open...What gives here?

 

Perhaps the key fob unlock button is stuck.

You can Hold unlock to roll down windows

.....Yesterday (Sunday)...we went to garage...the Lexus key fob was in my wife's purse and we were 60 feet from car...the car beeped and unlocked door...WHAT'S UP HERE...

 

.....This happened few months ago....my wife driving 400miles fron San Francisco to LA....at 300 mile mark there is steep 5 mile grade to 4000 feet called the Grapevine....she had been driving for 4 hours at 75mph....she says without any unusual noise such as overheat all sudden lost all power, no response to gas pedal lucky she was near gas station. Car would not go...but she says engine was still on....had car towed into Lexus dealer who found nothing in read out....this has not happened again since then....What do you think???

the buttons are getting pressed by things in your wife's purse. try holding it in your hand next time and the problems will go away.
